Postage & Returns
Goods with cleared payments are dispatched NEXT BUSINESS DAY and customers are always advised of the delivery status of orders.
Australian Orders-
All items shipped via AUSTRALIA POST & sent receipted delivery.
Items to be shipped via any other method have to be approved first.

Returns Policy – 'Showbags Galore
**Return policy does not include food items**
Faulty Novelty items can be returned if goods are found to be defective.
You may receive an exchange, credit or refund at our discretion.
Any discrepancies should be informed to us within 7 DAYS of PURCHASE
Delivery charges will only be refunded if goods are being returned as a result of our error.
**BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM(S), Please CONTACT US FIRST, in order to receive a Returns Authority.
A form will be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to you that contains all information regarding the return.
This form needs to be returned to us together with the items for exchange or refund.
Items returned without a Returns Authority and not packaged securely in the original packaging,
will not be accepted. Please ensure that all goods are "packaged securely in their original packaging"
you received them in, to prevent damaged in transit.
